Reportase.one – The government ensures that it will continue to provide Holiday Allowances (THR) for State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) and TNI/Polri for this year’s Eid celebrations.
So when will the government give THR?
The Director General of Budget at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) Isa Rachmatarwata said that currently his party is working on a THR scheme which will be announced in the near future.
“For THR, be patient, until the President or the Minister of PANRB or the Minister of Finance make an announcement, that will be explained,” Isa said as quoted Wednesday (22/3/2023).

Based on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 75/PMK.05/2022, the list of recipients of THR and the 13th salary are Civil Servants (PNS), Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), soldiers of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), members of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), officials state, pensioner, pensioner, beneficiary.
Still in Minister of Finance Regulation No. 75/PMK.05/2022, the THR disbursement schedule will be paid at the earliest 10 days before Idul Fitri 1444 Hijriah which falls on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
This means that it is likely that the 2023 THR disbursement will be given around April 12, 2023. This prediction of a decrease in the Hari Raya Allowance slightly answers the curiosity when THR 2023 will be disbursed.
