Indonesia itself had previously prepared for the transition from pandemic to endemic by consulting with WHO. WHO said that Indonesia’s preparations were considered good in facing the transition from a pandemic to an endemic.

“We have consulted with the WHO Director General and the WHO team both in Geneva and Jakarta for Indonesia to prepare for the pandemic transition some time ago before the revocation of the PHIEC status was announced by WHO,” he added.

For 53,293 participants who will take the exam, the University of Indonesia (UI) has prepared 31 test locations and 1,927 computers with 263 spare units to anticipate obstacles during implementation.

UTBK at UI will be held on two campuses, namely the UI Depok Campus and the UI Salemba Campus. For the Depok Campus, UTBK will be held in 22 locations spread across the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Computer Science (Fasilkom), Health Sciences Group (RIK), Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB), and other faculties.

While on the Salemba Campus, UTBK is held in seven location points, including the Faculty of Medicine (FK), Faculty of Dentistry (FKG), FEB, and the IASTH Building. Specifically for the UTBK implementation for disabled participants, it will be held at the Fasilkom Old Building, Depok Campus, with a total of 77 disabled participants.
