MECCA (Reportase One) – The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned the Israeli occupation forces who stormed the courtyard of the Al Aqsa Mosque and openly attacked the worshipers.
MWL condemned Israel’s actions which desecrated the sanctity of Muslim sites as well as being a serious violation of international norms and law.
The organization emphasizes the importance of concerted action to achieve a just and comprehensive peace and to stop all actions that undermine the chances of a solution in the occupied territories.
MWL also reaffirmed its solid support for all efforts aimed at solving the Palestinian issue.
Meanwhile, Bahrain also condemned the occupation by Israeli forces of Al Aqsa Mosque, the assault and arrest of worshippers.
Bahrain considers Israel’s actions a provocation to the feelings of millions of Muslims around the world as well as a violation of the rules of international law.
The Bahraini Foreign Ministry stressed the need to respect the role of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in protecting holy sites, and called for protection from all causes of instability.
Bahrain also reiterated its rejection of all provocative actions that threaten further escalation and violence.
