The incident involving the Toyota Calya vehicle number B-2817-TZG occurred in the early hours of Thursday morning at the Cipali Toll Road KM 84 + 500 in Subang Regency, West Java.

The injured victims were evacuated to Ciereng Hospital and Almost Subang Hospital. The victim who died was taken to Rayhan Kalijati Subang Hospital.
