When it comes to specs, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 brings incredible performance to the 7 series that drives some legendary experiences. The Qualcomm Kryo CPU offers peak speeds of up to 2.91 GHz, for a performance increase of more than 50 percent while the Qualcomm Adreno GPU provides a 2x increase in performance.
Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 achieves up to 13 percent system-wide power efficiency improvements for longer daily use. On-device AI is also integrated across platforms.
For gaming, this chip is supported by certain Snapdragon Elite Gaming features such as Auto Variable Rate Shading (VRS), Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 optimizes power and performance by rendering content in focus at full resolution and background scenes at lower resolution.

As for availability, it is certain that Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 will be adopted by major OEM brands including Redmi and Realme for the first time. The commercial device is expected to be launched this month.
