Reportase One – The Lhokseumawe City Government instructed all state civil servants (ASN) to use black plate official vehicles (randis) to immediately change to red plated, Monday (17/4). The Lhokseumawe City Government will take firm action against ASN who do not comply, in the form of confiscating randis for one month.
