While preparing to appear in the 2023 Swiss Open tournament, sad news came from Syabda Perkasa Belawa. This young player from Pelatnas PBSI died in a traffic accident that occurred on Monday morning, March 20 2023.
Syabda and his family had a car accident on the Pemalang toll road on their way to Sragen to mourn the death of their grandmother. The athlete died, along with his mother. His father was seriously injured, while his two brothers also had to be treated for injuries.
The sad news then became a heavy blow to the Indonesian badminton contingent who was preparing to appear at the 2023 Swiss Open.
