From Sri Mulyani to Wishnutama, Who are the OJK Board of Commissioners Selection Committee?

Reportase.one, Jakarta – President Joko Widodo or Jokowi has appointed nine people as the selection committee for the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority or OJK. This was revealed by the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati who also serves as Chair of the Selection Committee for the OJK Board of Commissioners.

“The OJK DK selection committee was formed based on a Presidential Decree issued by the President. Presidential Decree Number 22/P of 2023 on March 16, 2023,” said Sri Mulyani, quoted from the OJK’s YouTube video, Monday 27 March 2023.

He continued, the Selection Committee for the OJK Board of Commissioners for the 2023/2028 period consisted of nine people in accordance with the OJK Law. Here is the list:

1. Sri Mulyani Indrawati (Minister of Finance) – Chairman of the Committee concurrently a member of the government;

2. Perry Warjiyo (Governor of Bank Indonesia) – committee member from Bank Indonesia;

3. Suahasil Nazara (Deputy Minister of Finance) – member of the committee from government elements;

4. Kartika Wirjoatmodjo (Deputy Minister of SOEs) – committee member from government elements;

5. Doni Primanto Joewono (Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia) – committee member from Bank Indonesia;

6. Dian Mashita (Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the International Islamic University of Indonesia) – member of the committee from elements of society (academics);
