Jakarta, Reportase – Eid al-Fitr 2023 is in sight. The government has set this year’s Eid leave to take place April 19-25 2023.

Some services including banking will also be carried out on a limited basis. For those of you who want to plan to make transactions on these days, it’s a good idea to know the operational schedule and banking services that are open.

A number of banks have also made adjustments to the operations of their branch offices to meet the needs of the community. The following is the operating schedule of major banks during the 2023 Eid holiday.

BCA

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) or BCA will continue to operate in certain branches during the 2023 Eid holiday. Based on the official statement, the following is the adjustment to the operational activities of BCA branch offices during the 2023 Eid holiday.

April 19, 2023 – Operating in certain branches*

20-21 April 2023 – Holiday, branch is not operating

22-23 April 2023 – Holiday, Weekend Banking is not operating

April 24, 2023 – Holiday, branch is not operating

25 April 2023 – Operating in certain branches*

April 26, 2023 – All branches are operating normally

* serving all transactions except foreign exchange, SKNBI and RTGS

The BCA branch offices serving B2B Pertamina during the 2023 Eid holiday are KCU Bandung, KCU Blitar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Medan, KCU Madiun, KCU Matraman, KCU Palembang and KCU Semarang.

BRI

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) or BRI provides limited BRI Office services for three days, namely on 19, 21 and 24 April 2023 in 163 Operational Work Units (UKO) throughout Indonesia.

As for the types of limited operational services in several BRI operational offices, customers can make transactions including: opening a savings account, depositing savings accounts and loans, depositing state revenue, deposits for DO BBM/Non BBM redemption from PERTAMINA gas stations, and other banking services. As for the 163 UKOs that are still operating, they consist of 157 Branch Offices, 4 Sub-Branch Offices (KCP) and 2 BRI Units.

Finally, a number of branch offices can also open accounts for the needs of accident insurance claims for Jasa Raharja services. The list of offices that provide limited services can be accessed on BRI’s official website.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. (BBNI) or BNI has prepared 86 branch offices and 48 locations for BNI Mobile Service (O-Branch) placement. BNI also ensures that 168,733 Agen46, 13,407 ATM/CRM, and 375,538 EDC are also operating optimally.

BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir explained that branch operations are limited to serving Deposit Transactions, Withdrawals, Transfers among BNIs, OPBS Redemption, Tax Payments, BULOG Transactions and other transactions.

O-Branch will also be placed at strategic points on the homecoming route during homecoming and return flows to serve money withdrawal transactions in collaboration with Bank Indonesia (BI) through the SERAMBI 2023 program, cash withdrawals, online transactions between banks purchasing and topping up tapcash, namely 15 O-Branch in Rest Areas along the Toll Road which is the homecoming route on the islands of Sumatra and Java, 4 O-Branch at terminals/stations/airports and 29 O-Branch at several points of commercial centers, crowd centers and squares

– April 19, 2023 (09.00-14.00): 68 outlets serving BNI deposit/withdrawal/transfer/account opening transactions, Pertamina BBM deposits, Bank Notes transactions

– April 20, 2023 (10.00-12.00) : 64 special outlets serving Pertamina fuel deposits

– April 21-23 : No Limited Operations

– April 24, 2023 (10.00-12.00) 64 special outlets serving Pertamina fuel deposits

– April 25, 2023 (09.00-14.00): 64 outlets serving BNI deposit/withdrawal/transfer/account opening transactions, Pertamina BBM deposits, Bank Notes transactions

Mandiri Bank

PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI) is preparing as many as 25 branches outside Java Island to carry out branch operations during the 2023 Eid holiday. Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rudi As Tataridha said that these operational activities will also be carried out alternately from 19-25 April 2023.

These branches operate specifically to serve the receipt and redemption of fuel/non-fuel. In addition, several Bank Mandiri Branches continue to receive Scheduled Special Services and Money Changers. The service hours during this period are 08.00 – 15.00 local time.

BTN

PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. (BBTN) or BTN made operational adjustments during the Eid holiday 19-25 April 2023. Branch Offices (Conventional) which have collaborative services with PT Pertamina (Persero) opened outlets throughout the 2023 Eid holiday period.

While the appointed Branch Offices and Sub-Branch Offices (Conventional and Sharia) carry out limited operational services on 19 April – 25 April 2023.

Services that can be carried out during limited operations are transactions related to counters/cash services such as deposits and withdrawals (without clearing transactions), mortgage installment deposits, issuance/replacement of ATM cards (without clearing transactions), account opening (without clearing transactions) .

On April 19, 20, 21, 24, 25 2023 service hours 08.00-15.00. April 22-23 2023, service hours 08.30 to 12.00.

BSI

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) or BSI has prepared a total of 236 branches to carry out limited services during holidays and Idul Fitri leave. This means that customers can carry out all banking transactions during Ramadan.

The service hours for BSI branch offices during the month of Ramadan are from 07.30-15.00 local time for normal transactions.

Meanwhile, limited operating services, such as cash deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, complaint handling and institutional customer deposits (Pertamina, Taspen and ASABRI), run from 09.00-14.00.

Customers can still perform digital services through the BSI Mobile application. BSI also prepares customer needs for cash withdrawals or transactions via ATM machines. BSI ensures that 2,552 ATMs can function properly, 877 of which are on the homecoming route.
