Reportase.one, Jakarta – Vivo Pad 2 will debut later this month as Vivo’s second generation tablet. The tablet will launch alongside the X Fold 2 and X Flip on April 20, 2023 according to some of the images that have surfaced.
As the release date approaches, the brand has started to roll out some of the device’s features, with the latest reveal featuring a home audio system that promises to deliver an enhanced and immersive user experience. Additionally, the Pad 2 will feature a simulated writing engine.
Vivo has released a new leak, revealing the configuration of its upcoming flagship tablet, Vivo Pad 2. According to the announcement, the device will be equipped with the brand’s self-developed super Liuyang audio system, which promises to deliver an immersive and powerful sound experience.
The tablet will also support multi-device cross-screen collaboration and connect seamlessly with phones and computers. Additionally, the Vivo Pad 2 will feature a self-developed simulated writing engine that provides users with a realistic and tactile writing experience, similar to what they might experience writing with a pen or pencil on paper. This can be a useful feature for people who prefer to take notes or draw by hand.
Previous reports revealed that the Vivo Pad 2 will get a 12.1-inch LCD panel with 2.8K resolution and up to 144Hz refresh rate. The tablet will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset, paired with a 10,000 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. For photography, the tablet will have an 8MP front camera and a 13MP + 2MP (macro) dual camera setup on the back.
The device reportedly arrives with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the software front, the device is expected to run on Android 13 OS and OriginOS 3 for the Pad.
