Jakarta, Reportase – Various iPhone models occupy 7 of the 10 best-selling HP in 2022. In this list, the iPhone 13 is in first position, leading the list of best-selling HP last year.
Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) conducted a recent study of smartphones and companies that dominate the mobile industry in 2022. Research mainly focuses on smartphones with OLED screens, and found that seven of the top 10 OLED models were iPhones.
Apple is the most popular product in terms of units and revenue in this study. Meanwhile, the iPhone 13 is in the top position with an 8% unit share.
Then, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is at the revenue level with an 11% share, followed by the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The company also dominated the fourth quarter of 2022 with 4 of the top 5 best-selling iPhones in units and revenue. For example, the iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro account for 25% unit share and 38% revenue share.

Looking to the first quarter of 2023, DSCC estimates the top five models will be Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and Samsung Galaxy A54.
Analysts also believe the fifth smartphones this will contribute 39% market share and 50% of income smartphones.
Quoted from AppleInsider, Tuesday (4/4/2023), DSCC also believes that Apple will introduce LPTO panels in the iPhone 17 lineup. This technology allows displays to dramatically and dynamically change refresh rate.
A separate report from Counterpoint Research on March 7 placed the iPhone in 8 of the Top 10 Smartphones Global. In the ranking, the iPhone 13 comes first with a 5% market share over the year, followed by 2.6% for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and 1.7% for the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The only other vendor on the list is Samsung, which ranks fourth with 1.6% for the Galaxy A13 and tenth for the Galaxy A03 with 1.1% market share.
